Uses Ticket 15357
Can I have the following changes made on the following submittals for MG900V003 PO4103016381:
- Submittals 6, 69 and 47 – please un-revise
- Submittals 233 & 234 – please delete
Choose "Common Low Level Routines" from the menu and then "EMS Submittals & Transmittals"
To Remove the Latest Revision
1. Make sure you choose "Submittals" on the next screen.
2. Enter the PO number of which require corrected submittals
3. If specific submittals are needed to be modified use the filter to minimize the data.
4. Select the row that needs to be deleted and then choose the "-" minus sign to delete. Then Save.
5. The latest revision now needs to be tagged as such. Change the "N" to "Y". Then Save.
Deleting the latest Submittal Created
1. Make sure you choose "Submittals" on the next screen.
2. Enter the PO number of which require corrected submittals
3. If specific submittals are needed to be modified use the filter to minimize the data.
4. Select the row that needs to be deleted and then choose the "-" minus sign to delete. Then Save.
5. In the bottom section the "Last Submittal # Used" needs to be changed. Then Save. NOTE: this is only done when the last created submittals is deleted. If a number in the middle of the sequence is removed do not complete this step.
The last 2 submittals on this PO were asked to be removed therefore the "Last Submittal #Used" needs to be reverted to the last remaining. This ticket removed 233 and 234. This example needs to go to 0232.
