Under 1. Admin > Users & Security
Search for the individual - choose security tab - change main menu drop down - then SAVE
If you don't know which level to provide them, you can search for an individual that already has the same access that they need and get which Main Menu is correct.
Under 2. Developer's Menu > TPF - Low Level Editors
Need to add the individual to the list, must know the associate ID
This tab is only needed to update when the actual department manager is required to change.
