They are still covered for hardware replacements until 18-JUL-2025

-If you have to open a case go here:  https://mycase.cloudapps.cisco.com/case or call.  Calling is the easiest way to get the device replaced would be by calling to Cisco at +1 800 553 6387 opt 3.

-Use the Serial Number of the affected device

Select RMA

-Fill in the case details

For example:  

Let's say a bad port on a switch, after that you will choose hardware failure, or just put on the title that you want a replacement.
